How Ariana Grande helped me develop a program.

Updated: Jul 30, 2020

Spring 2019 was a time of exploration for me. I had spent several years single and focused on my family and spiritual practice. I was ready to bring more of the material world into my life and more emotional exploration. I had read Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Success at least ten times. I had listened to Abraham Hicks tell me in their no-nonsense way how manifestation works. I had watched The Secret. I was ready!

I wanted a strong, lean, agile body. I wanted clothes that better represented my personality. I wanted sex. I wanted love.

So I set out in my meditation to describe each of these things with all five of my senses. I described in my meditations how I would feel when I achieved them. I would sit with that feeling for a bit and then release it into the in-between.

For a while, I didn’t see much progress. Then I heard Ariana Grande’s 7 Rings. And let me tell you… I. Felt. It. This is the energy to bring these things into reality. With a fierce ownership. “I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it.”

I truly believe that artists are some of the most important spiritual guides we have.

When I would hear that song, I would bop along to it, then during that part, I would focus on my desire and sing the words to it. “I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it.”

And then it worked. I lost 20 pounds, gained muscles in my legs and glutes, got a personal trainer to finish off the whole superhero sculpt, developed a romantic relationship, and started trying new clothes.

Then I realized that I had it, but it wasn’t wholly good. I had that “be careful what you wish for” moment. My weight was reduced, but so was my energy. I was getting sick a lot. Trying to be strong for the gym was truly exhausting. I would end up too weak to go back for about a week. Then my relationship turned out to be superficial. I thought I was falling for someone who was falling for me, and he was not at all interested in partnership. My body broke. My heart broke. I got exactly what I wanted and not at all what I needed.

So I decided to created a process. One that includes what is right for my path moving forward. I love the concise and energetic nature of four statements like in Ariana’s song. I believe in the teachings of Deepak Chopra and Abraham Hicks and wanted to adjust all the information I had on Universal Law in a way that would work for me. I needed to make it mindful and respectful to myself and the Source Consciousness.

Mindful Manifestation

Know it. Know what you need. Meditate on and put research in for the next phase of your life. What do you need to be, do, have? Identify that thing, action, state of being.

Feel it. What does it feel like to have that known and achieved? Once you get to it, how will it feel? Identify the word and then feel the feeling. You will already know what it feels like to have it. So you will really know when you get to it.

Believe it. You have to trust yourself on your journey. You have chosen it, you know what it will feel like. Believe that you are getting it. You are worthy of good things. You are blessed with the ability to reach for your goals.

Live it. Live as if you have for you will have it soon. You no longer need to worry about getting it. It is yours to be or do or have. This is you now.

I don’t have a cool song for this program, but I would like folks to find a fierce ownership vibe to walk this part of their path. Bold music is what lights my intentional fires. I love a good strong beat to rock my magic to.

After adjusting my manifestation this way for a month. I found love. I found love for my body, my dreams, my creativity, my magic. I found a partner who found love for all those things too. I believe in myself so completely now and I want to share the possibility with as many people as I can.

Please allow me to walk beside you on this part of your journey. I offer individual and group sessions for the Mindful Manifestation program for $90/per person. Book today either on the website,
